Dr. Baratono, our medical director, is a board-certified Urogynecologist who specializes in treating disorders of the pelvic floor. These conditions are very common and affect up to half of women at some time in their life.

Symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction include bladder or bowel leakage, pelvic organ prolapse (sensation of pressure or a visible bulge at the vaginal opening), pelvic pain, recurrent urinary tract infections, overactive bladder, and pain or discomfort with sexual activity.

If you believe you are suffering from one or more of these conditions, you are NOT alone!

Call us today to schedule your new patient evaluation and begin your journey to living free from pelvic floor disorders!
Our Story
At the heart of our practice is a simple but powerful mission: to raise awareness about women’s pelvic health and to help as many patients as possible reclaim their quality of life.
As a urogynecologist, I witnessed firsthand how many women suffer silently with pelvic floor disorders—feeling embarrassed, misunderstood, or unsure where to turn. I founded this practice to change that. I wanted to create a space where patients are not only treated with the highest standard of care but also deeply heard, informed, and empowered.
Every aspect of our practice is built with that goal in mind. From the moment you walk through our doors, we aim to make you feel supported, respected, and understood. We believe education is key to healing, and we are committed to raising awareness about conditions that are often overlooked or dismissed.
This isn’t just a medical practice—it’s a movement to bring compassionate, expert care to women who need it most. Because you deserve to live without discomfort, shame, or silence. And we’re here to help make that possible.

Conditions We Treat
Dr. Baratono is very passionate about educating her patients regarding their conditions and explaining all of the treatment options which are now available. Using a shared-decision making process, she will help you decide which treatment option is right for you.

Urinary Incontinence
Urinary incontinence is the accidental leakage of urine, ranging from occasional dribbling to a complete loss of bladder control. It can happen with coughing, sneezing, laughing, or even suddenly feeling an urgent need to go. Though common, it's not something you have to live with—treatment options can significantly improve your quality of life.

Recurrent Bladder Infections
Some women experience frequent UTIs—defined as two or more infections in six months or three or more in a year. These infections can be painful, frustrating, and disruptive. We work to identify the underlying causes and create a personalized prevention and treatment plan to break the cycle.

Pelvic Organ Prolapse
Pelvic organ prolapse occurs when the muscles and tissues supporting the pelvic organs become weakened, causing organs like the bladder, uterus, or rectum to drop and press into the vagina. It can cause pressure, discomfort, or a feeling of something “falling out.” There are both surgical and non-surgical options to help restore function and comfort.

Painful Bladder Syndrome (aka Interstitial Cystitis)
Bladder pain syndrome, also known as interstitial cystitis, is a chronic condition that causes bladder pressure, pain, and a frequent urge to urinate. It’s not a urinary tract infection, though symptoms may feel similar. With proper diagnosis and individualized treatment, symptoms can often be reduced or controlled.

Fecal Incontinence
Fecal incontinence is the inability to control bowel movements, leading to unexpected stool leakage. It can be caused by muscle or nerve damage, childbirth, or chronic conditions. Many women suffer in silence, but with the right evaluation and treatment, it can often be managed or even resolved.

Constipation
Chronic constipation isn’t just an inconvenience—it can affect pelvic floor function and overall well-being. If you're having infrequent, difficult, or incomplete bowel movements, we can help determine the cause and develop an approach that restores comfort and regularity.
